Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate for Data and Analytics within our Physical Product Operations team. The ideal candidate has a builder's mindset, is detail-oriented, action-oriented, and proactive. They own their role, continuously help identify ways to improve operational processes and controls, manage their time well, and keep on top of deliverables. Experience with inventory management, manufacturing, and marketing campaigns involving physical products is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data science teams to build data strategy and deliverables for the Physical Product operations team.
• Work on data integration projects required to onboard and optimize working with different industry vendors.
• Automate manual processes where possible, with coding experience being a strong plus (no-code tools like Zapier or Workato are also welcome).
• Work collaboratively with various cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, data science, finance) to coordinate and build reporting dashboards and metrics.
• Build, maintain, and optimize operational dashboards to monitor all physical operations products.
• Create project plans and timelines to facilitate data requirements for new product or feature launches.
• Problem-solve to ensure product and customer services are supported, creating the best possible client experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Data & Analytics: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using data to tackle complex problems.
• Relevant Experience: Experience with inventory management, manufacturing, and marketing campaigns involving the delivery of physical products is a strong plus.
• Organization & Planning: Ability to plan, organize, and schedule efficiently, with a focus on key priorities and regular updates.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work collaboratively with team members.
• Strong Written & Verbal Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way for diverse audiences.
