The Team

As part of our Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence, you will engage in a multi-faceted role as an Associate Value Engineer within our dynamic, international team. We pride ourselves on a community-focused culture that strives for continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and trust-building. You will report directly to the Manager of the Value Engineering Graduate Program and join a team that values knowledge-sharing and professional growth.

The Role

Embark on a transformative career path in the enterprise software industry through the Orbit Graduate Program. This 12-month initiative equips you with necessary skills through rigorous, hands-on learning, complemented by robust mentorship and a collaborative team culture. Gain deep expertise in areas such as Celonis EMS, presentation dynamics, and strategic business solutioning. You'll focus on the Growth territory, covering mid-market segments across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, post-program.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Growth Value Engineering team to drive customer engagements across various international markets.
• Design and implement solutions using Celonis EMS to tackle critical business challenges and achieve measurable business objectives.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to senior executives, outlining strategic benefits and ROI of our solutions.
• Influence future product development by relaying customer feedback to internal teams.
• Develop and refine pre-sales and post-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Who You Are:

Passionate about leveraging technology and data to solve complex business problems, you are well-versed or have an interest in SQL, Python, and other technologies. Your academic background in Engineering, Business Informatics, or related fields has prepared you to dive into the business tech landscape. With excellent communication skills, you're adept in both English and German or French, and ready to influence C-suite leaders.
