Visa Cybersecurity
Visa's Cybersecurity team implements enterprise-wide, risk-based cybersecurity policies, practices, and solutions to safeguard Visa’s systems and data from internal and external threats. To protect Visa’s assets, they are deploying new cybersecurity tools, collaborating across industries, and proactively monitoring cyberspace beyond the Visa network.

About Us
As a member of the Cyber Threat Analytics and Research team (CTAR), you, the intern, will leverage state-of-the-art technologies for statistical profiling, inference, classification, clustering, and predictive analysis. As a key part of the technical team, you will develop and implement complex machine learning models for combating cyber-attacks. You will interface with a variety of data sets, advanced security technologies, and first-class operation teams to create valuable analysis for security and other business units.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The expected hourly rate for a new hire in this position ranges from $26/hr to $31/hr. This may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary might differ depending on job-related factors which may encompass knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and equity. Visa offers a comprehensive benefits package that this role may be eligible for, which includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Work Hours: Depends on the needs of the department
Travel Requirements: This role requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This role will be conducted in an office environment. The role will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, regularly operate standard office equipment like telephones and computers.
