We are looking for an Associate Director, Business Intelligence for CPSS Data and Analytics to empower our account services, enrollment, billing, and reconciliation operational teams through strategic data insights and solutions.

Role Overview

As the Associate Director, you will be instrumental in harnessing a variety of data sources to address complex business challenges. Your role will require creativity and effective communication to articulate insights, recommendations, and drive impactful business results. Leading a team, you will focus on enhancing our member experience through innovative data analysis and insightful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team to optimize the strategic use of enrollment, billing, and reconciliation data.
  • Drive the delivery of operational reports, insights, and analytics solutions, enhancing business performance and member satisfaction.
  • Manage and prioritize cross-functional team requests, maintaining transparency and setting achievable expectations.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Business Intelligence, Database teams, and IT to streamline data processes and uncover significant business insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related business discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Proven leadership with at least 3 years managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL environments, Cloud Technologies like Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power Platform tools.
  • Strong foundation in data governance and a clear understanding of health care regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or MBA.
  • Experience with advanced analytics and data science techniques using R, Python, or similar software.
  • Background in a large, highly matrixed organization, preferably within the health insurance industry.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $126,800 to $174,500 per year, with variability based on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package promotes whole-person well-being and supports both personal and professional growth.
