Job Overview

As Associate Director, Business Intelligence (Multiple Clients), you will take on a crucial role in generating compelling monthly dashboards and delivering impactful insights for both local and global clients. This hybrid position, based within the Publicis Groupe, requires strategic thinking, a talent for problem-solving, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms. You will work from our offices three days a week, with remote work options available the rest of the time.

Role Objectives:

  • Master the functionalities of various platform/data technologies, recognizing both opportunities and constraints.
  • Develop data integrations and taxonomy to enhance data visualization and media performance analysis using tools like Datorama or Tableau.
  • Ensure accuracy in client campaign data through routine QA/QC checks.
  • Create and manage elaborate dashboards showcasing crucial business metrics.
  • Design and automate reporting processes to streamline data visualization.
  • Guide team data strategies for multimedia measurement and attribution modeling.
  • Engage in client reporting and status calls, effectively presenting your findings.
  • Develop comprehensive measurement strategies and foster team expertise in key performance marketing areas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to collaborate across media and strategy teams to deliver on campaign objectives.
  • Capability to prepare, analyze, and present data effectively.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • A proactive self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in leadership and digital analytics/dashboard design.
  • Proficiency in Datorama, Tableau, and other BI tools.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in Excel.
  • Experience with coding in Python, Google 360, Adobe Suite, and other relevant platforms is preferred.
