The Impact

Your role will support Ai in internal processes across the S&P Market Intelligence Division, ensuring the development of robust systems for a seamless user experience. As a leader in data, S&P's expansion in Ai presents an exciting opportunity to power new business-critical use cases.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists and software engineers to deliver high-standard solutions.
• Develop data-driven solutions to business problems.
• Project estimation and feasibility assessment.
• Architectural design and modeling determination.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into specifications.
• Adhere to best practices in data management, governance, privacy, and security.
• Stay updated with industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Problem-solving mindset with insatiable curiosity.
• Systems thinking approach.
• Graduate degree in a relevant technical field.
• 9 to 15 years of work experience.
• Expertise in data analysis and model building.
• Python software engineering competence.
• Applied knowledge of the LLM landscape.
• MLOps, containerization, and AWS competence.
• Experience with sales, HR, finance, and other internal corporate functions is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
