Location: This is a remote position, welcoming candidates from across the greater United States.

About the Role:

As the Associate Director of Data Strategy for the Patient Acquisition team, you will be instrumental in leading Lundbeck’s data strategy related to neurology patient data assets. Your role will directly impact our analytics capabilities, enhancing patient experiences through transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement robust data systems and platforms supporting diverse analytical functions.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis and science to continually refine data organization and processes.
  • Create and manage sophisticated data models and analytics to solve complex business challenges.
  • Lead vendor evaluations, ensuring alignment with data-focused business strategies.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert within the realm of Patient Acquisition data, optimizing data utility and understanding.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Over 8 years of experience in Data Warehousing, Analytics, or Information Management, with at least 5 of these within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing high-scale data environments and sophisticated BI architectures.
  • Strong familiarity with patient-level datasets and contemporary analytical tools (AWS, SQL, Python, etc.).

Preferred:

  • Experience with Snowflake and medical benefit therapies.

Travel:

Open to up to 40% domestic travel, with potential for international assignments.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Pay Range: $150,000 - $185,000, with a bonus target of 20% based on performance, and eligibility for long-term incentives. Full benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k match, and generous PTO.
