Role Snapshot: Associate Director Global Business Intelligence

Join our Global Business Intelligence team as an Associate Director and become a paramount Business Insights partner to our distinguished brands. This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Global BI&A, entails spearheading strategic forecasting and providing in-depth analytics, market research, and competitive intelligence to optimize the performance of key Norgine brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leveraging customer insights and market intelligence to enhance the sales efficiency and profitability through strategic recommendations.
• Contributing to strategic planning for both pre-launch and post-launch phases.
• Managing the five-year planning process for designated brands, ensuring delivery of a robust forecast including risk and opportunity assessment.
• Supporting commercial projects through insights that boost brand performance and determine regional priorities.
• Sharing best practices and championing continuous improvement and positive change across the business.

Requirements:

This role involves complex interactions within a matrix organizational structure, requiring the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and cultural nuances. A keen understanding of market dynamics and financial acumen are vital, alongside a proven track record in delivering actionable insights that significantly impact brand strategy and sales profitability.

Responsibilities also include the accountability for global and local compliant market research projects, delivered on time and within budget, and supporting Norgine brands as described in this role.

Preferred qualifications include experience in patient-based forecast modeling, pre-launch planning, and fluency in a second European language.
