Boeing Global Services is actively seeking an Associate Flight Simulator Technical Dome Fill in the details on their plane designs, discuss their visions for the aircraft and calculate total operating costs.. Request Specialist. Based in our dynamic Seattle, WA office, this pivotal role supports our Training and Simulation Digital Services group by providing essential data and technical assistance to ensure optimal simulator performance that meets customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate research and coordinate comprehensive responses to Simulator Data Service requests.
- Collaborate with Boeing and external technical teams to deliver coordinated and thorough support.
- Understand and effectively advocate for customer needs while adhering to contract agreements.
- Utilize your project management skills in a customer support context to drive projects to completion.
Required Qualifications:
- An Associate’s degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, including direct customer interface and supplier coordination.
Preferred Qualities:
- Robust communication and technical writing abilities.
- Familiarity with flight training simulators and Boeing commercial products.
