Hi, we are Oscar. We are looking to hire a Provider Operations Data Management Associate to become part of our Provider Lifecycle team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company created around a full stack technology platform with the main focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a family doctor.
This lead analyst position will be in charge of analyzing, organizing, and managing data to optimize business processes and create efficiency. The Associate will collaborate closely with different departments to locate and identify data-related issues and then develop strategies that enhance data quality, integrity, and accessibility. The Associate will also make sure to deliver Oscar’s regulatory reporting accurately and timely. We're looking for an ideal candidate with a strong background in data analysis, project management, and provider data management, who has a positive history of implementing successful data management initiatives. If you excel in handling data and are known in your current role as a problem solver and reliable partner, then we would like to speak to you!
You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Data, and Reporting.
