Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Manager for Custody Operations to oversee our financial operations team at our Mumbai location. This role involves managing a team, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and handling financial reporting. We seek candidates with a robust background in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, alongside proven financial management experience.

Role & Responsibilities

As an Associate Manager, you will:

• Lead a team focused on streamlining daily custody operations, ensuring client satisfaction with zero escalations.
• Handle end-of-day reconciliation of client portfolios and prepare detailed transaction summaries and financial reports.
• Develop financial policies in line with industry best practices and ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with financial institutions and oversee budget management, financial planning, and analysis tasks.
• Support internal and external audits to uphold the integrity of financial reports and operational practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Experience in managing teams and handling stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management capabilities.
