Job Description

Our Quality Analysts are expected to: Shape Sutherland’s reputation:

• Have a proven track record of 7-10 years in a role similar to Informatica IDMC Architect.
• Have profound expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, MDM, EDC, and IDQ, B2B - Data exchange, Managed File Transfer to Partners Portal (MFT).
• Have experience with Informatica cloud.
• Be proficient in Informatica Intelligent cloud Integration services.
• Have extensive knowledge of sophisticated data quality evaluation and enhancement techniques.
• Be adept in implementing data cataloging and metadata management tools.
• Have in-depth knowledge of data privacy laws (for instance, GDPR, CCPA) and compliance necessities.
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, honed over years of experience.
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, informed by your extensive career.
• Have superior project management skills to oversee complex IDMC initiatives.
• Informatica certificate(s) in relevant products (for instance, PowerCenter, MDM) are strongly preferred.

• Responsibilities:

• Data Governance Implementation: Cooperate with data stewards and business stakeholders to define data governance policies and standards for cloud-based data assets.
• Data Quality Management: Develop and implement data quality rules, transformations, and monitoring processes to guarantee data precision and consistency.
• Data Cataloging: Utilize Informatica CDGC tools to catalog metadata, business glossaries, and data lineage information, making it accessible to data users.
• Metadata Management: Handle and maintain metadata repositories, making sure that metadata accurately mirrors the organization's data assets.
• Data Classification: Classify data assets based on sensitivity, compliance requirements, and business usage to enforce suitable access controls.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will:

Hold a BE/ME/BSc/MCA degree

Have 7+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter, MDM, EDC, and IDQ, B2B - Data exchange, Managed File Transfer to Partners Portal (MFT). Have experience with Informatica cloud and Informatica Intelligent cloud Integration services.

Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment - Be proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; operate as a team player - Possess robust analytical skills; be capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to convey information in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
