Job Description

This position will be responsible for creating intelligent and insightful dashboards to assist the training team in reducing attrition and increasing throughput. The role also involves helping with various types of analysis to generate valuable insights for timely decision making.

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

- Experience in developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop

- Ability to connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence

- Excellent analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports

- Understanding of row-level security on data and application security layer models in Power BI

- Proficiency in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop

- Expertise in using advanced calculations on datasets

- Skill in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports according to business needs

- Capability to retrieve data from databases. SSRS developers optimize SQL server.

A strong learning curve to quickly grasp new technologies and implement them.

A robust SQL skill set will contribute significantly to success in this role.
