Role Overview: Senior GCP Data Engineer

Located in the dynamic city of Bangalore, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior GCP Data Engineer to enhance our global team. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using GCP services like Dataflow, Dataproc, and Pub/Sub.
• Develop innovative data ingestion and transformation processes using Apache Beam and Spark.
• Ensure data security and manage access controls using GCP's IAM and Cloud Security Command Center.
• Monitor and optimize data solutions, employing GCP's Stackdriver and Cloud Monitoring tools.
• Work collaboratively with data experts and product teams to meet data needs efficiently.
• Automate processes and perform data manipulations using Python.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in Data Engineering roles or similar.
• Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform's core services and data management tools.
• Proficiency in Python & SQL with excellent scripting skills for data handling.
• Experience in managing distributed data processes with tools such as Apache Beam and Spark desired.
• Knowledgeable in data security, cloud infrastructure, and data governance principles.
