The Galaxy program unites Celonauts from various locations into a dedicated onboarding experience that transforms recent graduates into well-rounded, skilled Services professionals over 12 months.

The Role: Associate Galaxy Celonaut

As an Associate Galaxy Celonaut in the Galaxy Graduate Program, you have a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in enterprise software. This structured 12-month program is designed to develop your expertise across the Celonis value journey, focusing on technology, implementation, innovation, automation, support, and customer engagement best practices.

Your Responsibilities

As a CS Galaxy Celonaut, you will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various facets of the post-sale customer experience. Your key activities in the program will include:

• Engaging in practical assignments across customer projects to accelerate digital transformation and expand Celonis’ market presence.
• Deploying high-value use cases and performing complex data transformations for analysis optimization.
• Collaborating with consultants to develop and analyze customer solutions.
• Conducting precise calculations of KPIs integrated within customer solutions.
• Supporting EMS implementation and configuration for customers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for clients.
• Developing Python scripts utilizing the Machine Learning Workbench (MLWB) for efficient data management.
• Creating custom enablement plans and training customer analysts and business users in collaboration with the Celonis Academy team.

Your Rotation Experience

The program features rotations across various teams within the Celonis Services organization, including:

• Customer-facing implementation consulting
• Technical onboarding
• Celonis support
• Academy and global programs

Qualifications

We are looking for problem-solvers who can think outside the box and are not afraid to learn from mistakes. Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• First working experience in (IT-) Consulting, or a similar area, potentially through internships.
• A strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Successful Associate Galaxy Celonauts:

• Enjoy customer interactions and understand business processes.
• Possess analytical skills and basic knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, R, or Matlab.
• Seek roles with a steep learning curve to continuously broaden their knowledge.
• Have good English skills; additional languages like German, French, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus.
