The Chase Data & Analytics team integrates expert data and analytics professionals across Chase to maximize data utility while ensuring customer value and protection. Specializing in the auto sector, our team leverages data science, analytics, and visualization to enhance service experiences for customers, dealers, and partners, ensuring impactful business decisions across Chase.

The Position:

We're on the lookout for a proactive Data Science Associate to enhance our auto finance servicing through cutting-edge analytics. If you thrive in a high-stakes environment and are keen on problem-solving, delivering on commitments, and driving insights, this role is for you. Engage dynamically with stakeholders and lead initiatives to improve strategies in servicing and collections, with support from our robust team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic solutions aligning with evolving business priorities.
  • Create efficient performance metrics and KPI summaries, enhancing user accessibility and understanding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various domains to ensure precise identification, prioritization, and execution of projects.
  • Forge impactful solutions alongside data scientists and IT professionals to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion data strategies that promote modern architecture, robust governance, and data democratization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced analytical expertise.
  • Financial industry experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Capability for independent research and data-driven problem resolution.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to new technologies and work environments, ensuring project delivery within agile frameworks.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a similar field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience. An advanced degree is a plus.
