KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor for Collaborative Autonomy & Artificial Intelligence to join our Autonomy and Artificial Intelligence (AAI) Modernization team within the TRMC. This role is crucial for guiding and executing strategies in the realm of Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) focused on collaborative autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive T&E strategy for multi-domain collaborative autonomy.
  • Collaborating and building consensus with joint service and mission partners on technology approaches and system integrations.
  • Proactively identifying technology and infrastructure gaps in experimentation and T&E.
  • Engaging with S&T organizations like DARPA, ARL, AFRL to integrate capabilities that may fast-track development timelines.
  • Working closely with the end-user community for iterative testing and training to ensure smooth transition to operational environments.

Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant technical degree (BA/S + 10 years; MA/S + 8 years; PhD/DS + 6 years).
  • Over 10 years of experience in leading and executing DoD S&T technology strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in forming R&D networks across government, industry, and academia.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including regulatory and security standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical data to various audiences.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel for field experimentations.

  • 15+ years of DoD leadership experience and a robust professional network.
  • Hands-on experience in orchestrating complex AI and autonomy-focused experiments.
  • Expertise in consulting, negotiating, and building consensus across diverse technical stakeholders.
  • An active Top Secret clearance.
