About This Role

The Sr. AWS Data Engineer at Rackner will be responsible for:

• Data Ingestion
• Developing Data Pipelines
• Enhancing Website Functionality

Professional Skills We Need

We are searching for candidates with a solid track record in:

• Software development and programming with Python (including PySpark and Pandas)
• Using Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Building and managing cloud-based software services and solutions on AWS
• Designing and operating large scale ETL pipelines in AWS environments
• Integrating data from diverse sources
• Developing big data analytics pipelines
• Working with AWS big data technologies such as S3, Glue, EMR, Kinesis, RDS, Redshift, and Athena
• Managing Hadoop and Apache Spark clusters
• Expertise in SQL and database development using RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as AWS DynamoDB
• Proficiency in various AWS services including EC2, SageMaker, Lambda, and more
