Join Our Team as an AWS Field Enablement Lead - Generative AI
Are you passionate about cloud technologies, learning and development, and strategic communications? Become a pivotal member of the North America Field Enablement team at Amazon and lead collaborative efforts to curate, create, deliver, and measure top-tier enablement experiences. As the Generative AI Field Enablement Lead, you will be at the forefront of planning, designing, and executing Generative AI enablement for the North America AWS field teams, working closely with both local and global enablement teams.
Key Responsibilities
As an AWS Field Enablement Lead, you will:
- Enable AWS sales teams to engage with customers as Trusted Enablement Advisors by leading discovery sessions, business alignment, needs analysis, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
- Curate, orchestrate, develop, and deliver enablement initiatives targeted to the right audience at the right time.
- Monitor and measure the impact of enablement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders across business units to understand generative AI priorities and requirements.
- Developing data-driven recommendations for new initiatives or improving existing mechanisms.
- Leading the enablement strategy for AWS Sellers within your area of scope.
- Managing all stages of enablement projects from concept to delivery to meet challenging business goals.
- Defining measurement mechanisms to track progress and generate insights to articulate enablement impact.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of combined experience in professional services, enablement, direct sales, or learning and development with increasing responsibility.
- 3+ years of relevant experience developing and executing sales enablement programs.
- 3+ years of Program Management experience.
- Experience using sales or customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.com.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint) and experience utilizing Professional Services KPIs, and Change Management.
- Project management experience, including managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience with single-threaded ownership scoping and defining requirements for improvement projects.
- Experience training and mentoring peers or direct reports.

Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
