Job Title: Backend Engineer (Python)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex backend services using Python, server-side logic, and APIs to enable seamless communication.
• Implement innovative solutions leveraging models such as GPT, OpenAI, and Gemini.
• Explore and apply RAG methodology to enhance the relevance and coherence of generated content.
• Design, optimize, and manage databases, including both relational databases (PostgreSQL) and vector databases.
• Make architectural decisions to improve the reliability and maintainability of our software.
• Implement test-driven code using modern techniques.
• Follow agile processes, focusing on delivering production-ready, testable code in small iterations.

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Python backend engineer.

• Experience with API development, Postgres, cloud computing, and data engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with generative LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Experience in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models is a plus.
• Regular contributions to popular open-source projects are advantageous.
