About the Role:

We're seeking talented and motivated individuals for our new Data Engineering team at our Cambridge, UK office. As a BI Analyst, you'll report to the Head of Data Engineering and play a critical role in developing and maintaining our advanced data queries, reports, and dashboards. This hybrid role requires your presence in our Cambridge Science Park office twice a week, offering you the flexibility to balance home and office work effectively.

A Day in the Life of an Altium BI Analyst:

  • Develop and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support the Data Engineering team in building and validating data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business teams such as Product, Marketing, and Finance to define BI project scopes and objectives.
  • Create and manage documentation for our data models and dashboards.

Who You Are:

  • Possess a degree in a STEM field and at least 5 years of experience as a data analyst or business intelligence specialist.
  • Experienced with modern data warehouse technologies like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Skilled in testing data quality and building insightful dashboards and reports.
