What We’re Looking For:

2U is seeking a proficient Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst I to enhance our analytical and data-reporting capabilities. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing data-driven insights and solutions, ensuring our strategies are informed by solid analytics and evidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Tableau to create impactful visualizations, reports, and dashboards to influence business decisions and monitor key metrics.
• Develop and maintain data sources, ensuring cleanliness and integrity while adhering to best practices in data management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver bespoke reporting solutions that drive enhanced performance.
• Continuously hone technical skills through on-the-job learning and engagement in complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 years in data analysis and visualization in a professional setting.
• Strong ability in data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Excellent SQL and database management skills.
• Exceptional analytical acumen with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly advantageous.
