Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst with expert Power BI skills to drive the development of Power BI dashboards, data visualization reports, and data models. As a Power BI expert, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, develop impactful data visualizations and dashboards, and provide Power BI dashboard training as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement processes and solutions for diverse data sets used in data/text mining, analysis, modeling, and prediction to enable informed business decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to identify trends, aggregate data, and build visually appealing reports in Power BI.
• Collaborate across departments to define requirements and develop business solutions.
• Build ETL routines to move, cleanse, and prepare data for reporting within Power BI, SQL, or other tools.
• Develop information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor and improve business performance.
• Create solutions from initial concept to fully tested production, and demonstrate results to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Extract and compile information from various systems to identify and analyze outliers.
• Set up processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending data.
• Experience working on Power Automate flow related to Power BI.
• Experience with Power BI Premium Capacity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of data visualization and business analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience building visually appealing Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization reporting systems.
• Proficiency with the Power BI tools suite – Power BI Desktop, Power Services, Power BI Report Builder, Power BI Gateways, Power BI Embedded, and Power BI Mobile.
• Experience implementing various Power BI architectures.
• Expertise in creating optimal performance, security, and governance in Power BI visualizations.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power BI Pro, and Premium capacity.
• Ability to construct custom calculations through DAX.
• Experience in R and/or Python programming languages.
• Strong understanding and ability to transform and integrate existing data sets. Experience with Data flows.

Good to Have:

• Certification in Power BI.
• Experience with Azure Resources (ADF, Databricks, etc.).
• Proficiency in the MSBI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).

Qualifications:

• BE, BTech, MCA, or MS, MTech
