Exciting Opportunity: BI Analytics Internship at TD SYNNEX

Department/Project Overview

Join our team and provide day-to-day reporting and BI support to specific functional areas or departments. Engage in data extraction, consolidation, and validation, and deliver regular reporting for assigned areas. Assist in creating and analyzing ad hoc operational performance reports.

Knowledge and Skills Required

This program is tailored for bilingual students who are within the last 18 months of their university studies, majoring in fields such as industrial engineering, systems engineering, IT, Economics, or related disciplines. Ideal candidates will have:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
• Experience with Power Query
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Power BI

Project Responsibilities and Deliverables

As an intern, you will:

• Perform data extraction, consolidation, and cleaning utilizing spreadsheets and database applications
• Validate the quality of raw data and reports or dashboards
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and system applications
• Evaluate and execute minor improvements to current tools, reports, and dashboards

Qualifications and Conditions

To qualify for this internship, you must:

• Be a current college student or recent graduate
• Have the ability to work as part of a team
• Be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be available to work 25 - 30 hours per week
