About the Role: BI Developer

Our rapidly expanding Technology Center in Cluj-Napoca is searching for a skilled BI Developer to enrich our proficient Data Intelligence Team. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to draw meaningful business insights, addressing the diverse needs of Generix customers and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and manage data from various sources (APIs, databases, data lakes, etc.)
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout processing stages
• Perform data analysis, mining, and create strategic dashboards or reports
• Identify patterns, define outliers, and perform statistical tests
• Translate complex business issues into clear KPIs and analytical frameworks
• Work closely with business teams to communicate findings effectively using state-of-the-art data visualization tools

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in database management and programming languages such as SQL/NoSQL, Python, and R
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms preferably Azure, and data visualization tools like PowerBI
• 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence
• Strong foundation in statistical methods and data story telling
• Fluency in English and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of operating systems
