About the Role

We are seeking a Senior BI Developer who is an enthusiastic report developer and data aficionado. This role is designed for someone who aligns with CHG’s "Putting People First" culture and has the capability to enhance our world-class Business Intelligence team’s analytic tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Support and improve processes that enhance the reliability and delivery of Business Intelligence products focusing on people data such as retention, leadership, training, development, compensation, and DEI.
  • Write complex SQL scripts to generate dashboards and analyses based on business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and analytics tools using Tableau, SQL, and Excel (including PowerPivot and PowerQuery).
  • Solve complex technical challenges with precision and maintain compliance when working with sensitive PII data.
  • Identify and implement new features for existing people analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Provide consulting support on insights generated from analytics solutions and technical assistance for incoming queries.
  • Facilitate and participate in data validation and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills for evaluating business scenarios.
  • A passion for learning, innovation, and solving complex problems with team collaboration.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a preference for hands-on learning and self-teaching.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work across multiple organizational levels.
  • Extensive knowledge in BI best practices, relational structures, dimensional data modeling, data warehousing, data visualization, and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or building scalable technical solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Tableau and SQL.
  • Preferred experience with Snowflake, R, Python, Workday, and people analytics data.
  • Ability to build predictive models and conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making processes.

Compensation and Benefits

We value fair compensation, reflecting the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. This position offers a pay range of $64,900 to $197,100 annually, varying by work location and factors such as knowledge, position level, and experience.
