Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated individual with a track record of innovative and scalable business intelligence solutions. The candidate excels in consulting with the business and displays genuine interest in understanding the objectives of intricate and evolving projects. In this role, you'll promote and advocate the use of Alteryx and Tableau to create self-service analytics. The candidate must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to provide a strategic solution
  • Work independently on end-to-end solutions, from data analysis to ETL development and designing the final visual dashboard
  • Cooperate across the organization to build solutions that meet business objectives
  • Guide stakeholders with operational decisions that influence data structures and connections
  • Introduce best practices in data architecture and data visualization
  • Design tools in a generic fashion to be reused across other solutions
  • Create technical documentation for each solution
  • Manage projects in an agile environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience with Tableau
  • 3+ years’ experience with SQL and databases
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data preparation, and designing automated workflows
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with an analytical mindset
  • Experience with complex logic
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience connecting and merging disparate datasets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ambition to work for a fast-paced, results-oriented company
  • Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with media and ad tech platforms (e.g., Ad Servers, Media Planning and Buying systems, DSP’s, etc)
  • Python / Spark experience
  • Experience with Adobe Site Catalyst and Google Analytics

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $106,500 - $167,500 annually. This is the Company's estimated pay range for this position at the time of this posting. In compliance with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off benefits.
