Key Responsibilities:

As a BI Developer, you will:

• Decode complex business needs and translate them into powerful visualizations and insights using Tableau.
• Integrate and manage large datasets from various sources to create impactful business solutions.
• Design and utilize reusable components, taking technical ownership of your projects.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and compliance standards.

What We Look For:

• Dynamic and driven professionals with 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in developing Tableau-based solutions.
• Academic background in Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Decision Sciences, Economics, or Mathematics. Master’s degree holders preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, with a portfolio or examples of prior work.
• Experience with workflow development tools like Alteryx and proficient in SQL.
• Knowledge of Hive and R is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong focus on quality and detail, with the capability to manage ambiguity.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
