About the Role:

As a BI Developer with Tipico, you'll take the lead on leveraging pivotal data to sculpt strategic business initiatives. You'll be tasked with crafting, developing, and optimizing accessible datasets, ensuring a seamless data workflow that supports informed business decisions. This role encompasses designing data solutions, maintaining robust data pipelines, and developing KPIs, all while working in tandem with our skilled teams across various tech domains.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain advanced reporting solutions using Python and SQL.
• Ensure the integrity, completeness, and consistency of Business Ready Datasets.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines within our comprehensive Data Warehouse environment.
• Offer ongoing support and enhancements for data management tools to maintain day-to-day quality.
• Engage with the latest trends and technologies in data management and analytics to keep Tipico at the forefront.

What We Look For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL knowledge.
• Experience with ETL processes, dimensional modeling, and familiarity with tools like Jenkins and Airflow.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Domo or Tableau, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
