Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Draft high-level architecture, design, and develop robust software modules.
• Perform code reviews, unit and functional test automation, and continuously improve existing software for enhanced performance.

Analysis:

• Utilize strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues.

Process Adherence:

• Maintain stringent process controls and participate in testing phases to ensure quality.
• Contribute to project and release planning, risk assessments, and process improvement strategies.

Coordination and Leadership:

• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met promptly.
• Lead knowledge sharing and technical strategy sessions while mentoring team members.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Electronics or related field with 6-10 years of comprehensive software development experience.
• Demonstrated prowess in Java, J2EE, and extensive knowledge of SDLC and RDBMS concepts.
• Proven capabilities in leading diverse teams and experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
