Job Summary

Lucet is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be pivotal in aggregating data from various sources to design and execute sophisticated BI and analytics solutions. These initiatives will empower our business stakeholders to make strategic and informed decisions.

Essential Functions

• Analysis of data sources and business processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Utilization of SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau to create top-tier business intelligence solutions.
• Interaction with users at all levels to solve data usage and management issues, and design high-impact organizational projects.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and maintain modern Data Repositories that elevate BI solutions.
• Effective management of project timelines, detail-oriented tasks, and critical thinking applications.

Job Qualifications

For this position, we require a BS/BA degree coupled with proven experience in Business Intelligence, particularly within the Healthcare industry. A strong capability in SQL, data visualization tools like Tableau, and an in-depth understanding of data warehousing are critical for success.
