Join Our Finance Crew as a BI Solution Analyst at SCOR

Become an integral part of SCOR's Finance Crew, where you will spearhead activities and strategies for our DIP reporting product. This position calls for a dedicated professional prepared to manage both the infrastructure and applications within the DIP environment, including Tableau and Business Object.

Core Responsibilities

As a BI Solution Analyst, you will:

• Lead the organization and management of DIP reporting, covering both the Build and Run phases.
• Offer expert advice to the Finance department and actively contribute to the evolution of financial strategies and requirements.
• Oversee the roadmap implementation and delivery of critical financial insights that help in composing DIP Reporting budgets involving both OPEX and CAPEX.
• Maintain high-quality service in Business as Usual activities for DIP Reporting while optimizing processes.
• Ensure effective coordination to support ongoing projects, business changes, and innovative solutions.
• Build and nurture trustworthy relationships with all stakeholders and support major Group projects that impact DIP environments, such as IFRS17.
• Champion SCOR IT transformation initiatives, promoting agility and DevOps practices.
• Lead Enterprise Risk Management within the BW Hana environment and support all relevant audits and certification projects.

Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Intelligence technical-functional expert, with proven project leadership skills.
• Full proficiency in both French and English.
• A Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
