Nielsen Marketing Cloud’s big data group is looking for a highly skilled big data developer with a strong passion for cutting-edge big data technologies.
As a big data developer, you will design and implement highly distributed, scalable, performant and cost-effective systems.
We use the latest cloud and serverless technologies and constantly like to experiment with new ones.

Requirements:
- B.Sc/BE/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in server-side development using Scala/Java
- Understanding of distributed systems principles
- Deep knowledge and experience with Spark / Serverless / Kafka / Kubernetes and/or modern Databases technologies
- Experience with cloud services, preferably on AWS – Advantage
- Experience in agile methodologies and open source tools
- Good English (verbal AND written)
