Arcadis is actively looking for a BIM & Data Analytics Specialist to enhance our Project Controls team at Newark Liberty International Airport. You will play a pivotal role in driving major transportation infrastructure projects forward through effective implementation and management of BIM processes.

Role Description

As a BIM & Data Analytics Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and implementing BIM processes, standards, and technology for streamlined project delivery.
• Collaborating with project teams to set and adhere to BIM requirements, ensuring vendor compliance.
• Overseeing the production of high-quality BIM deliverables that meet client standards and project objectives.
• Handling complex modeling issues to support program aims and project success.
• Regularly presenting BIM data in reports, highlighting challenges, and proposing solutions.
• Creating and managing business intelligence solutions to aid project oversight and control.
• Developing automated, real-time dashboards to monitor progress and communicate performance.
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining BIM Implementation Plans to seamlessly integrate BIM into projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Virtual Design and Construction, BIM Integrated Project Delivery, Digital Twin concepts, and Automation Tools in construction projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Advanced proficiency in software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, among others.
• Thorough understanding of BIM Standards (BEP, LOD, CoBie, etc.) and Digital Twin Technologies.
• Experience in overseeing major construction programs and applying information management solutions in large infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with areas like Information/BIM Management, Data Analytics/Business Intelligence, Asset Management, System Design & Procurement.

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000.
