Ubi's Question Box
How should I prepare my application for Ubisoft?
Initially, carefully read the job description to highlight your experiences and skills that seem relevant to this position! A personalized and well-detailed CV will certainly make you stand out.
Cover letter or not? If we had to choose, we would always prefer a few lines explaining your interest in the particular internship or apprenticeship, rather than a long generic copy/paste text! A special box is made available for this purpose when you apply on our site.
I don't know the video game industry. Do I have a place at Ubisoft?
Ubisoft has many profiles who are not avid video gamers. At Ubisoft, we seek to surround ourselves with passionate people, whether it is about their specialties, their professions, or entertainment in general.
What does it mean to be an UbiTrainee (interns or alternates)?
At Ubisoft, after a training period, you will be entrusted with important tasks that can evolve throughout your experience with us. No photocopying internship, but real challenges to meet every day!
Doing an internship with us also means enjoying the best of both worlds: the vision, stability, opportunities, and brand portfolio of a large international group, but also the freedom, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and friendly working environment of a start-up.
How are Trainees supported during their experience at Ubi?
Our HR teams are responsible for supporting you throughout your experience. This involves close HR follow-up (answers to daily questions, discussions about the possibilities of staying at Ubi after your internship/apprenticeship...) and continuous animation of the Trainees community (Welcome Sessions, dedicated Teams group, Trainees Week... and a few other surprises 😉).
I have a disability, how do I apply?
All our recruitment teams have been sensitized to disability issues. You can therefore apply normally via our Smartrecruiters platform by attaching your CV and cover letter. If you need an adaptation of the recruitment process, especially when it involves video interviews, specify this when applying and/or contact the Disability Mission team by email ([email protected]).
