About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing extensive datasets, detecting trends, and ensuring our operations align with industry regulations. You will work closely with our compliance and data teams to oversee data-driven projects and maintain technical compliance across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory requirements related to big data initiatives and ensure they match our strategic goals.
• Collaborate with compliance stakeholders to collect and decipher data to pinpoint trends and insights.
• Advise on compliance-triggered issues and respond to ad-hoc queries.
• Assess and adapt to regulatory changes, suggesting proactive strategies to minimize risks.
• Develop, update, and maintain critical documentation on compliance protocols.
• Support the execution of periodic Compliance Audits.
• Mentor and guide data engineers on intricate regulatory and data analysis matters.
• Champion a robust compliance-oriented culture within the business.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis with an emphasis on big data and/or regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of relevant regulations, such as GDPR and iGaming regulations.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
