Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

Collecting Requirements: Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders across various departments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.

Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and solution architects to design an effective and efficient replacement for the Security Master using Markit EDM, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.

Initiative and Independence: Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and initiative in the analysis and design processes, proactively identifying potential issues.

Documentation:

Produce clear and concise documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings to support the development and implementation of the new Security Master solution.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate system functionalities, and ensure that the implemented solution meets business requirements and quality standards.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users during the transition to the new Security Master system, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with several years specifically within private banking and related to Security Master File activities.

Key Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal skills for IT and business communication
• Ability to formalize requirements
• Experience facilitating workshops
• Ability to link between project team and software vendors
• Autonomy in work practices
• Interest in data management
• Knowledge of a market EDM
• Experience with Markit EDM is a plus
• Fluency in English and French
• Engineering degree preferred
