Position Overview: Business Development Representative (BDR) - Generative AI

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who is passionate about AI, sales, and driving business growth. This role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment and is driven by building client relationships and achieving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through both inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails, converting them into key sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, actively listening to their needs and presenting customized solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive insights to effectively position our AI solutions.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Strategic Solutions Directors to onboard potential partners and support sales funnel activities.
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• A drive to succeed and a passion for professional growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.

Compensation and Benefits:

C3.ai offers an attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary (California Pay Range: $75,000—$101,000 USD) plus commission, alongside excellent benefits and a generous equity plan.
