Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in customer discovery meetings to map out reporting requirements.
• Navigate complex Power BI Licensing issues, understanding the benefits and limitations of each platform.
• Design efficient star schema data models for Power BI with precise calculations.
• Create comprehensive Power BI solutions, managing data integration, report building, and dashboard creation.
• Direct the deployment of Power BI solutions, optimizing performance and governance.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to continuously uncover new analytic opportunities.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Business Intelligence solutions on Microsoft or other BI toolsets.
• Proficiency in deploying cloud-based solutions using Azure, with a strong grasp on data services like Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL DB.
• Demonstrated capability in Power BI administration and advanced report design.
• Effective team leadership skills paired with superb communication abilities.
• A relentless passion for learning cutting-edge technologies in the analytics field.

As a leader in our field, 3Cloud offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $108,200—$173,100 USD, depending on skills, experience, and location. We also provide eligibility for annual bonuses based on role and performance.
