About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Rapid7, you will hold a pivotal role, working across functional areas to deliver data solutions that enable informed decision-making and operational excellence. This position is key to supporting our executives and business teams with insightful, high-impact BI products leveraging our modern data stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement scalable BI tools and datasets.
• Enhance and maintain our analytics infrastructure using platforms like Tableau and Snowflake.
• Support essential business processes and metrics through accurate data modeling and analysis.
• Contribute to quarterly financial analytics and ongoing improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for data and analytics, coupled with strong business acumen and technical skills in SQL and popular BI tools. You should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data build tools (dbt is a plus).
• Experience in developing BI products in Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or MSFT Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Working knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce.com, or similar systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
