As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

  • Enhance regional IT operations by implementing standardized systems, processes, and policies.
  • Develop, design, and generate insightful reports using tools like Power BI.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of all data reports.
  • Customize reports to meet end-user needs and expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate on broader BI and digital strategy discussions.
  • Support informed decision-making throughout the region.
  • Drive our Data and BI transformation to align with Southern Health's objectives.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, Reporting Services, and PowerBI.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
