Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team to deliver high-quality, real-time measures, management information, and business intelligence systems.
  • Provide exception reports to key stakeholders for continuous data quality monitoring and improvement.
  • Create visualizations and reports for our core business end users.
  • Utilize AI and Machine Learning tools to enhance our data usage and customer services.
  • Work closely with Systems Programmers to support system development through reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

You will bring:

  • Experience in creating engaging dashboards with drill-down capabilities for business performance analysis. (Essential)
  • Demonstrable experience using query tools, SQL, and software/scripting languages for management information delivery. (Essential)
  • Proven Power BI and ETL job creation/management experience. (Essential)
  • Experience delivering and interpreting management and business intelligence information within a performance environment. (Essential)
  • Ability to disseminate complex information to a wide audience, from junior staff to non-technical senior management. (Essential)
  • A flexible, pleasant demeanor, approachable to all types of people, and effective communication at all levels. (Essential)
  • Strong Data Warehouse skills. (Desirable)

  • Can work independently but also collaboratively, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Has excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues at all levels.
  • Has experience designing data dashboards and exception reports to aid performance and data quality improvement.
