About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Manager, your role will be instrumental in shaping our strategic business approach. You will provide key analyses and reports, collaborate on multifaceted strategies, and identify opportunities for process improvement across various operational, financial, and technological facets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver daily and monthly reports that drive actionable insights to enhance operational and financial performance.
• Use analytical expertise to support decision-making processes across the organization.
• Work closely with the Commercial team to review, update, and forecast monthly financial outcomes.
• Support business solution implementations and foster strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Analyze commission programs and collaborate with key executives to align forecasts with budgets.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and either Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proven leadership abilities, emphasizing trust and empowerment.
• Exceptional communication skills and robust project management capability.
• Keen attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
