We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance our dynamic team. This role is crucial for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Develop and track key performance indicators and metrics in collaboration with the CTO groups.
• Utilize tools like Power BI, Azure Dev Ops to maintain and monitor these metrics effectively.
• Lead the annual and semester planning processes in close association with key stakeholders.
• Enhance our organization's decision-making and operational efficiency through detailed data analysis and reporting.
• Champion the Microsoft culture by driving initiatives that embody our core values and ethics.

What You Need to Bring:

• Educational Background: A Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields, supplemented with proven data science or consulting experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, and familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and other analytical tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities with a knack for explaining complex data insights in an understandable format.

Location & Work Condition:

This role is based in our hub locations including Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX, or Phoenix, AZ with up to 50% eligibility for remote work. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Compensation:

Your expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD $98,300 to $193,200, varying by location. Moreover, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits including health, PTO, and more, ensuring a balance between work and personal life.
