Job Description:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) seeks a dynamic Experienced or Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to enhance our Digital Transformation Business Operations - Program Management Office (PMO) team. This role can be based in either North Charleston, South Carolina or Everett, Washington.

The successful candidate will be tasked with constructing and overseeing a comprehensive digital information system to track program performance against established objectives and key results (OKRs). You will be pivotal in developing partnerships across teams, coordinating with internal customers to foster a unified Boeing approach, and leading various data-centric projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and visualize complex data sets using tools like R-Shiny and Tableau.
• Maintain and develop API integrations to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Integrate data from diverse sources including Azure Dev Ops, PLM systems, and more.
• Design and implement user-friendly BI front-end applications to service levels up to senior vice presidents using HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript.
• Work collaboratively with BI developers across different organizational zones, including our teams in India.

This role supports a hybrid work setup, requiring 80% on-site presence in the specified locations, with the compatibility for 20% remote work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics and database technologies, with proficiency in SQL and Power Query.
• Experience using BI tools like Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, and Tableau.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of Python and Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with the .NET framework.
