Purpose of the Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst I [BI Analyst I], your main objective will be to create value across our product lines by addressing client and business challenges with effective data utilization. You will leverage your analytical skills to build insights that help our senior decision makers make informed, strategic decisions swiftly.

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational, and a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Mathematics
• Preferred: Advanced degree in Engineering or related fields

Experience

• Minimum: 1-2 years in roles such as Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, involving Data Analytics, BI Tools, Data Warehousing, and Data Product Life Cycle (DPLC).
• Desired: Experience with SQL, Data Visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), working in Agile environments, and knowledge in data privacy and security.
