Job Description: Business Intelligence Analyst II - Revenue Cycle

We are actively seeking a senior-level Business Intelligence Analyst II to enhance our Business Insights team. Based in our New York City office, this hybrid role intertwines digital strategies and informatics to power crucial patient care and research infrastructure through our Digital Products & Informatics (DP&I) division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze healthcare revenue cycle data to identify patterns and opportunities for financial optimization.
  • Engage with business users to define requirements and translate them into actionable project specifications.
  • Design, develop, and optimize data models for advanced reporting and decision-making support.
  • Proactively manage project risks and collaborate across teams to meet strategic goals within set timelines.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data governance strategies to ensure unparalleled data integrity.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing analytical solutions and reporting frameworks in complex environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Required certifications in Epic Cogito Fundamentals, including Caboodle & Clarity Data Models.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare billing and revenue management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.

Salary and Benefits
