Department

Within the Revenue Operations department, the Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing visualizations, analysis, and insights that drive data-informed decisions. This hybrid role involves engaging in various analysis and operational tasks. Our tech stack includes Salesforce CRM, Hubspot for marketing, and Domo for business intelligence and visualization.

Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing structured and unstructured datasets to develop actionable metrics, reports, and visualizations pertinent to our go-to-market strategy. This role involves collaborating with operations and business end-users to comprehend data and analysis requirements and refine technical specifications. Additionally, the Analyst will work with development and data management teams to identify and capture necessary data from both internal and external sources. The position requires proficiency in using Domo for creating dashboards, reports, and presentations that facilitate data storytelling and interpretation of critical business trends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing reports, dashboards, and datasets
• Create ad hoc reports
• Analyze data for trends, insights, and recommendations
• Consolidate data sources in Domo for visualization and manipulation
• Partner with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams on various operational projects

Requirements

• Experience in a Data/Business Analyst role or significant experience in Marketing/Sales/Revenue Operations with a focus on reporting
• Understanding of success metrics for a SaaS company
• Experience working closely with Marketing on demand generation analysis is a plus
