Play a pivotal role in facilitating data-driven decision-making, creating interactive dashboards, and monitoring organizational KPIs to identify optimization opportunities. This role demands collaboration across various teams to integrate data seamlessly into business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently extract and organize business data to generate impactful reports for stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development by the BI team.
• Maintain proactive monitoring and reporting on deviations from established KPIs.
• Ensure smooth operation and optimization of our Data Visualization platforms in collaboration with the BI Data Engineer.

Accountabilities:

• Adhere to industry best practices, including documentation and version control.
• Achieve timely completion of projects while regularly monitoring KPI and OKR compliance.
• Make strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and innovation based on analytics.
• Encourage knowledge sharing within the analytics domain to foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Proficient in SQL and a degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in Greek (native or near-native) and exceptional English skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Analyst, Data Engineer, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on statistics and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Experience with data visualization tools and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of SaaS metrics, familiarity with Python and product analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Git and database management.
