Position Overview

Autodesk is searching for a passionate and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Customer Experience (CX) Analytics team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Analytics, you will collaborate with Product Managers within our Digital Experience & Customer Empowerment (DXC) organization. Your role will focus on providing unbiased and actionable insights to optimize our digital customer experience. This primarily hybrid role is based in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analyses to understand trends, anomalies, and customer pain points, driving operational improvements.
  • Act as an analytics business partner, identifying opportunities to enhance business value.
  • Translate business objectives into achievable data requirements and balanced technical solutions.
  • Craft compelling data stories via presentations, written reports, and visualizations.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at the Senior Manager/Director level.
  • Manage and set stakeholder expectations on project roadmaps, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate on the development of insight-driven tools and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and functionality.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics).
  • 3+ years of experience in a business analytics role.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL or other programming languages.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced modeling, visualizations).
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with scripting/statistical languages such as R or Python.
  • Experience setting up automated reporting pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, researchers, or product managers.
  • Passion for data with the ability to identify pain points and craft cohesive data stories.
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and think creatively.

Compensation

Our competitive compensation package includes a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,700 for U.S.-based roles. Actual offers may exceed this range based on experience and geographic location. Additional compensation includes annual cash bonuses, sales commissions, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
